This document provides a summary of requirements by category and segment for all synchronized categories with each being listed on a separate page that includes detail related to execution of the elements. In addition, the document contains information specific to Skate Canada categories where information is different than that provided by the ISU, as well as links to other source documents. This is an excellent resource for both coaches and officials.
