Assessment – Data Specialist Promotion to Level II and III – Chief or Co-Chief Data Specialist (French)

Description

This form is required when completing an assessment of an individual seeking promotion to Level II Data Specialist or applying for Level III examination, and while in the role of Chief or Co-Chief Data Specialist. It is designed to be paired with the assessment rubric. This assessment form is to be completed by the competition chief data specialist or alternate, with qualifications at or higher than Level II when assessing a Level II candidate and by the assessor assigned by the Skate Canada National Office when a Level III exam is being completed.
